In most cases when a fuse is blown itâ€™s because of a shorted wire or electrical component. Since the tractor shuts off and the fuse blows every time the blades are engaged itâ€™s most likely due to a safety switch or wire to a safety switch that is shorting out.
Check the wires leading to the seat safety switch to see if they are pinched or are shorting somehow.
