If your Toro riding tractor will start up but will not move, the first thing to check is the parking brake. See if it is in the locked position, if it is then change it so itâ€™s not and try to move the tractor again.
If the parking brake is good and you have recently taken one of the rear wheels off then the small key that locks the axle to the wheel might have come off. Try looking around where you took the wheel off and see if you can find it, if not then you will have to get a new one.
Depending on the year of your Toro riding tractor, the model and serial number can be found under the seat, on the frame above the rear wheel, or on the right side of the frame near the wheel brake, below the driver's left foot.
